Who We Are
Beta Alpha Psi is a national honor society and premier professional organization for students pursuing careers in accounting, finance, and information systems. Since our founding in 1938, the Upsilon Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi at the University of Florida has connected high-achieving students with industry leaders through professional development, networking opportunities, and community service.
What We Offer
Corporate Networking
Our members gain direct access to top accounting and professional services firms through exclusive networking events, firm presentations, and recruiting opportunities. Beta Alpha Psi at UF regularly connects students with industry leaders from Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, and other leading firms, helping members build meaningful professional relationships early in their careers.
Leadership Opportunities
Members can develop leadership and teamwork skills by serving on our Executive Board or participating in one of our active committees. These roles provide hands-on experience in organization management, event planning, and collaboration
Community Service
Giving back is a core part of Beta Alpha Psi. Our chapter supports the community through VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) and other service initiatives throughout the semester, allowing members to make a real impact while applying their professional skills
Professional Development
We prepare members for success through resume workshops, mock interviews, professional meetings, and skill-building sessions designed to help students stand out in competitive recruiting environments.
